covid 19 statement

Sunnah Sports Academy Trust has put several procedures in place to ensure participants remain as safe as possible at our centre. Here are some of the changes you will see;

  • A hand sanitiser station at the main entrance, we advise participants to sanitise their hands upon entry and during their time at the centre.
  • Temperature checks before access is granted into the building.
  • Staff will wear masks or face shields when giving first aid or during sessions where proximity is required.
  • Equipment will be cleaned after each session and during the session where equipment is shared.
  • The facilities will be cleaned on a regular basis.
  • Masks will be available for participants during the sessions.
  • Water bottles will be labelled with participant name.
  • Toilet and hand washing facilities will remain open to allow participants to wash their hands during their time onsite.
  • A track and trace system will be implemented, you will need to allow time to submit details upon arrival.
  • If you or somebody you have been in contact with contracts the virus please self-isolate and let us know so we can inform others to do the same.
  • Please do not attend sessions if you feel unwell and arrange to be tested if you have the symptoms of the coronavirus.

Some sports have their own safety measures please see our timetable for individual requirements.

Please note that although we have put measures in place to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we cannot stop it. We must all try to be safe and think of the safety of others.

To stay up to date on the guidelines regarding the coronavirus please check out the government website www.coronavirus.gov.
